Flexibility:
We are able to adapt to the hiring process that best suits your organization. Please feel free to let us know up front how you would like to approach each hire and we will make sure to work accordingly.
Process:
- – Initial phone screen
- – In person interview with a recruiter at our office
- – Submittal to manager
- – Upon management's approval, the candidate will interview at the client site
Screening:
On-line testing is available for a wide array of skills and/or knowledge.
Temporary Placements:
We offer a 40 hour guarantee on all contractors. If a candidate does not meet your expectations within the first week on the job we will refill the position and you will not be billed for those hours.
Permanent Placements:
We offer a 60 day guarantee for all permanent placements. Before 60 days, we will replace the candidate at no charge.
